How to Increase Free Testosterone

How to Increase Free Testosterone

If you want to put on more lean muscle mass, of primary concern to you is your testosterone levels. Testosterone is the main muscle building hormone in the body, so the more of it you have, the faster that muscle mass is going to develop.

The only issue is that testosterone can start to decline due to many factors. Stress, a poor diet, and aging all cause your normal levels to take a turn for the worse.

The good news, however, is that there are things that you can do to help jump-start low testosterone levels.

Let’s look at a few tips on how to increase free testosterone so that you can put this problem behind you.

Don’t Shun Saturated Fat

It’s understandable that you’d want to reduce the saturated fat in your diet plan to lower your risk of heart disease.

Just don’t avoid saturated fat completely.

The body needs some saturated fat in order to generate sufficient testosterone levels, so make sure that you are getting in a minimum of 15% of your total fat intake from saturated sources.

Keep in mind that you want to choose naturally occurring saturated fat here. Eggs, beef, and dairy are all great options.

Deep fried foods are not.

Avoid Overdoing Cardio Training

Also, have a good look at how you’re structuring your workout routine. Are you overdoing cardio training?

If so, that could be your problem right there. Too much cardio training can be catabolic for the body and lead to a decrease in overall testosterone levels.

When building muscle and boosting testosterone is the goal, strength training should be the main focus. Aim to hit the weights hard at least four times per week, allowing for 1-2 (or more) days off to rest in between.

Keep in mind that more is not necessarily better though. Overtraining is directly linked to low testosterone levels as well, so you’ll want to ensure that rest is still a regular part of your weekly schedule.

Supplement Wisely

To really help take your natural testosterone release to the next level, consider a few wise ingredients. Certain supplements can help promote more of the natural release of testosterone in your body, assisting with your goals.

Note that these are not putting synthetic hormones into your body. That must be avoided because if you do that, your natural release will begin to shut down.

Good ingredients to look for include Eurycoma Longifolia root extract, Ashwagandha root extract, Boron Citrate, and Shilajit, all of which you’ll find in Jacked Factory’s scientifically-formulated natural testosterone booster PRIMASURGE.

Prioritize Sleep

Finally, make sure that you are getting enough sleep at night. Those who aren’t sleeping enough will see a direct decline in testosterone levels, so this can seriously impact their progress.

Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Research has suggested that when men sleep for only five or fewer hours for even just a week, their testosterone levels can drop up to 15%.

TEST PM is an all natural, scientifically-dosed sleep aid and testosterone booster that will optimize your sleep, enhance libido, recovery, muscle growth, and most importantly increase your natural test levels.

This product can also be stacked with PRIMASURGE for maximal results.

So keep these tips in mind and take control over your testosterone levels. The better the natural release you get, the better the muscle gains you’ll experience.
