4 Essential Natural Ingredients for Fat Loss

When it comes to fat loss, many people are looking for a magic pill.

That one supplement that’s going to answer all of your prayers. The one that will burn the fat off you like grease off of bacon. The magic pill that ensures you’re going to see clear defined abs while eating that full box of pizza.

But here’s the thing: it doesn’t exist.

Unless you’ve mastered the art of proper eating and taking care of your nutrition, it’s not even worth looking at a fat burner supplement. Because, as the name states, it’s a supplement to your diet.

If you are already a clean eater, are in a caloric deficit, and you want to get the wheels of fat loss turning a little quicker, there are some essential ingredients you can add to your diet to speed up that process a little faster.

These ingredients are all naturally occurring, so you don’t have to worry about polluting your body with unnecessary chemicals either. The natural approach is much easier to sustain for your body over time, so we take pride in looking at it from this side of the coin.

4 Natural Ingredients for Fat Loss

1. Caffeine

That’s right, coffee lovers. The caffeine in your little cup of heaven is doing wonders for your waistline. Provided you haven’t laced it with copious amounts of sugar.

If there was ever a ‘wonder supplement’ for fat loss and health, caffeine is it. And, don’t fret if you’re not a coffee lover either, there are lots of different ways to get it, such as through thermogenic fat burner like Jacked Factory’s BURN-XT.

In a recent study in The Netherlands, scientist found that high caffeine drinkers, “reduced weight, fat mass, and waist circumference more than low caffeine consumers.” And, even in the low-caffeine test group, drinking green tea still helped the subjects lose fat over time.

Caffeine has two potent effects on the body:

  • Increased Fat Oxidation: This is the bodies process of getting rid of fat. The more efficient, or active this process is, the better.
  • Thermogenesis: Simply, caffeine increased the activity of your thyroid. This causes your metabolism to boost and for you to burn more of your fat stores, and use more calories naturally.

It also has the added bonus of providing you with more energy, which will help you crush your workout in record time.

2. Synephrine

Chances are you’ve heard of this supplement as ‘bitter orange’ before. It’s pretty common in non-conventional treatments for ailments such as stomach problems, as a painkiller and an energy booster.

It’s similar to ephedrine in its make up, but it’s less potent and is safe for tested athletes (at the time of writing).

It’s also been shown to increase your base metabolism, in a similar way to caffeine, by up to 65kcals.

As stated above, this is used to increase the amount of fat you burn just by being alive. When you factor exercise into the equation, the results are even more potent.

3. Green tea extract

You don’t have to like green tea to get all its benefits. We’ve already discussed the power of green tea on fat loss in the caffeine section. It’s been considered a healthy drink for thousands of years (did the ancient Chinese get any remedies wrong?).

But, if you don’t want to be drinking three to four cups a day to receive the benefits of it, green tea extract could be your answer.

Green tea extract itself, as a standalone, has been shown to increase fat oxidation by up to 17% in humans, as well as improving insulin sensitivity.

If you’re looking to buy a fat burning supplement, this is an ingredient you should be looking for it to contain for the best possible results.

4. Cayenne pepper extract

Cayenne pepper extracts contain capsaicin, which converts fatty acids into energy. This creates an awesome natural thermogenic effect.

Although in the circle of non-conventional medicine, it is considered to be a fat burner and metabolism booster.

Cayenne pepper extract has been shown to support digestion. This extract helps increase good gut flora, aid the digestive process, and naturally increase the nutritional uptake of food.

Digestion is where a lot of trainers fall down in their fat loss pursuit, as gut inflammation can cause excess fat retention.

Cayenne Powder can help with this, so it’s one of the recommended essential ingredients.

Ingredient Summary

All of these ingredients help aid your body in its fat loss pursuit and make a great addition to any diet. We have also included these and other key ingredients in our awesome fat burner supplement. If there’s a fat burner on the market that’s going to work, it’s ours.

But, please do remember. A clean diet, a good training plan, and great hydration all come into play. Nail these down before trying a fat burner supplement.
