Ryan was born and raised in St. John’s, Newfoundland. He grew up playing hockey competitively and was introduced to the gym at the age of 12. Over the years, he became more & more passionate about training. After deciding to hang up the skates, Ryan felt lost without the competitive side of sport. It was when he decided to compete in bodybuilding, that had him hooked ever since. Ryan competed in two bodybuilding shows and has goals to become an IFBB Pro classic physique competitor. He shares his passion for fitness with others through personal training & online nutrition coaching. He hopes to inspire others to lead a healthy lifestyle!
